If you're reporting a problem, include your iPhone model, your iOS version, and what you expected to happen versus what actually happened. Screenshots are always welcome.

Not getting notifications?

A few quick things to check before writing in:

• In iOS Settings → Notifications → Since, make sure notifications are allowed (with banners and sounds).
• A Focus mode (like Do Not Disturb or Sleep) can quietly hold notifications — check that Since is allowed through.
• Inside the app, check Settings → Active hours: reminders never fire outside those hours, on purpose.
• Make sure the reminder isn't paused — a paused item says so on its card.

About your data

Everything in Since lives only on your device — there are no accounts and no cloud copy. That's a privacy feature, but it means we can't recover reminders or history for you: deleting the app deletes its data. See our privacy policy for the full (short) story.
